For Boston’s City Hall, Small Design Firm designed a self-serve information kiosk in the main lobby. The kiosk assists visitors not only in providing directions to their destination, but in many cases it provides step-by-step instructions to complete their desired task.

Fully integrated into the design is the capability for each task and message to be translated into the many diverse languages spoken by Boston’s citizens and tourists.

The simple layout, design, and interactivity gives its visitors the opportunity to find where to go and what is required for everything from paying a parking ticket, getting married, or registering to vote.
